ESCAPE [i-skeyp] –noun 15. avoidance of reality
At some point everyone wants an escape, whether it is to delve into a good book, escape into dreams after a long day... or for the students at Calloway Correctional Institute... escape consequences. CCI works hard to ensure that kids who break the law can avoid prison and learn to become better people. Instead of overflowing the already full prisons with minors, Boston, Massachusetts came up with a better idea. That's right, any minor tried in front of a court of law would be sentenced to four years of Calloway instead of four years of prison. Calloway provides an escape for those whose realities have become too much to bear.
Calloway is provided as an escape, the perfect place for minors who break the law. The residents in Boston think this is a good thing, though they are not aware of just how much conflict occurs at Calloway. No student is the same in their reasons for being at the institute and this often creates tension between the students. With more fights breaking out and more students getting worse in behavior rather than better... will the institute be able to control them? Can CCI pull off something that many believe is impossible? Are the ones society considers delinquents able to change?
Make Calloway your escape. Rebel against limitations. Battle social discrimination. Stare your future in the eyes. Control your fate at Calloway Correctional Institute.
